<p>Due to their ongoing success and delivery of excellence, there is a need to appoint a Business Manager who will sit alongside the senior management teams and report to the Managing Director.</p>
<p>The role would require someone who can work at a strategic level while also being able to roll up their sleeves and to the day to day mundane activities to keep the wheels turning.</p>
<p>Working with cross-functional teams across multi-disciplinary business functions in order to assist with the planning, design, production, commercial and sales aspects of the manufacture of Product.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Managing the engineering and the production employees a total of 100 staff members</li>
<li>Manage and lead drafting teams to ensure customer specifications recorded during the order intake</li>
<li>Liaise with sales teams to support tender process / quoting and delivery commitments</li>
<li>Planning sales bookings into production schedules</li>
<li>Procurement and ordering of long lead time products</li>
<li>Regulatory compliance lead for all truck paperwork and registrations</li>
<li>Sub-contractor management</li>
<li>Cost centre management for division ($30 Million per year P&amp; L)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 8 &#8211; 10 years’ experience having worked in a similar role within a manufacturing or transport environment</li>
<li>Mechanical or related engineering degree</li>
<li>MBA or a Project Management graduate would be highly regarded</li>
<li>Experience in truck / vessel / tanker would be highly advantageous</li>

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>The company is seeking an Operations Compliance Manager to ensure that the company is, and remains compliant with all the compliance requirements that are mandatory in the day to day operation of the business allowing retention of current customers and to aid in gaining new customers by remaining competitive in the market place.</p>
<p>This role is key in ensuring that the business meets its customer service commitments (which should be consistent with the service offering) by way of the monitoring and management of continual improvement through KPI measurements and reporting, as well as recording, reporting and monitoring the Fleet Owner / Driver performance whilst they are conducting work.</p>
<p>Subsequent to the above, the Compliance Officer is to ensure, through auditing, that all of the fleet schedulers and implementers correctly enter all facets of the time and work recording data of their Fleet Owners / Drivers into the in-house FMS system in a timely manner and to ensure that all POD documentation is correctly completed and received by the company. This is to ensure compliance with the various statutory bodies requirements to allow continued membership and participation in their Organisations.</p>
<p>This role is the gatekeeper for all compliance requirements and responsibilities.</p>
<p><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all audit compliance and records of such are maintained for accuracy.</li>
<li>Develop and/or modify work instructions for all Operations areas.</li>
<li>Ensure all internet-based record management requirements are up to date and valid.</li>
<li>Ensure all internet-based induction requirements are up to date and valid.</li>
<li>Ensure ALL inductions required for the business to fulfil customers deliveries are completed and valid.</li>
<li>Coordinate the NHVAS and other accreditations associated with compliance to this scheme.</li>
<li>Ensure driver BFM awareness is up to date and the BFM standard hours are adhered to.</li>
<li>Coordinate the NHVAS accreditation and audit compliance.</li>
<li>Coordinate the RLSC / ALC accreditation and audit compliance.</li>
<li>Coordinate the ASI-LSC Code of practice accreditation and audit compliance.</li>
<li>Ensure HSE standards and procedures in Operations adheres to all legislative requirements.</li>
<li>Policy management updates and compilation are regular and comply with the latest laws.</li>
<li>Liaise with external clients and suppliers in relation to carrier policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Conduct an analysis of raw data for operational reviews.</li>
<li>Manage change processes.</li>
<li>Maintain management information reporting.</li>
<li>Ensure all daily/weekly data entry is completed to allow adherence to compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Schedule and participate in regular meetings and offer ideas for improvements to work processes.</li>

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting surveyors in their daily duties. You will be supported and mentored in the role so that you are able to further develop in the role and company to build a long term career.</p>
<p><strong>Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist and support surveyors in field surveys.</li>
<li>Assist surveyors in drafting survey notes and detailed drawings</li>
<li>Conduct an on-field survey and record measurements.</li>
<li>Analyze calculation in accordance with the plot features.</li>
<li>Coordinate with other surveyors on field survey activities.</li>
<li>Perform basic engineering calculations relating to survey activities.</li>
<li>Maintain logs, reports and records in relevant databases.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance of established procedures and guidelines in survey activities.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Excellent time management.</li>
<li>An eagerness to learn with a can-do attitude.</li>
<li>Completed or currently studying in a related degree will be highly regarded.</li>
<li>12 months experience in a survey assistant role would be advantageous.</li>
<li>Previous experience in the construction or development industry will be highly regarded.</li>
<li>A Current manual drivers licence.</li>
</ul>

<li>Great communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to take direction and work unsupervised</li>
<li>Be willing to work on a rotating roster with after-hours work</li>
<li>You must be a qualified Refrigeration Mechanic, however, will consider 3rd or 4th-year apprentices</li>
<li>Possess a current drivers licence</li>
<li>Possess a current ARC licence</li>
<li>Have a Restricted Electrical Licence.</li>

<p>We are seeking a <strong>Lead Control Systems Engineer</strong> to join a growing team based in their Brisbane Office. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, they will be responsible for undertaking <strong>control systems design, configuration, documentation, testing, commissioning, project management, team management and mentorship.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years Control Systems Engineering experience</li>
<li>PLC/SCADA design and configuration/programming capability</li>
<li>Telemetry Systems and Industrial Networking</li>
<li>Coordinating projects across the whole life cycle</li>
<li>Team Management and Mentorship</li>
<li>High level of computer literacy</li>
<li>Strong oral and written communication, planning and reporting skills</li>
<li>RPEQ OR eligible to obtain</li>
<li>Degree qualified in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering</li>
<li>MUST have full working rights within Australia</li>
</ul>
